Sales Executive

Based near Gaydon, Leamington Spa, one of our current clients is a well recognised and award winning training provider. They are now looking to expand their Businesss Development Team and have a position for a Sales Executive which will be office based. You will perform outbound calling to drive qualified new business leads. Research and navigate large organisations to executive decision makers. Develop professional relationships with key prospective customers and arrange appointments for the Business Development Director and Managing Director to present the companies training solutions and services to them. Log all activity into the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system and follow up where neccessary. Required experience: High level of motivation to make phone calls to generate business. Ability to navigate to the decision maker. Organised, methodical and flexible Attuned to opportunity. As the role is selling a service and due to the sometimes long sales cycle of their offering you need to keep a positive attitude as this is not a role where you will win business straight away/many times a day.
Salary: £20000 - £40000

Sales Executive

Based near Warwick one of our current clients is a leading provider of conference, events, exhibitions and venue services. They are well established with a fantastic reputation, have excellent facilities and have been established for many years. They are now looking for a Sales Executive to sell the benefits of the Venue to both event agencies and end user customers. The role is mainly internally based with some face to face dealings with customers on show arounds etc. You need to be able to sell over the phone, be confident making new business calls and have a proactive and enthusiastic attitude. The successful candidate MUST have experience in a similar role, selling conference and event services to customers. The package will include a generous basic of between £18,000 and £20,000 with a realistic OTE of £27,000. fantastic holiday entitlement of 34 days (including bank holidays)
